Pricing questions, answered plainly
Do prices include delivery?
In the five boroughs, yes: we deliver, set up, and pick up at no extra charge. Long Island, the Hudson Valley, and north Jersey are quoted as a flat travel fee by distance when you inquire.
How far in advance should we book?
New York Saturdays between May and October usually book six to ten months out. Fridays, Sundays, and winter dates are gentler. We book one event per phone per night, so the honest answer is: as soon as you have a date and a venue.
What holds our date?
A $100 deposit holds the phone for your night. The balance is due two weeks before the event, and the deposit comes off the total.
What are the add-ons?
A pressed vinyl record of the best messages is $195. A second phone for big rooms is $150. A professional voiceover greeting, if you would rather not record your own, is $95.
What if something breaks mid-reception?
Every booking goes out with tested backup hardware in the van, and The Full Night keeps an attendant in the room. If a line goes down, it comes back up before the next song ends.
Can we add the vinyl after the wedding?
Yes. We archive your recordings for twelve months, so you can order the record (or extra copies for parents) long after the thank-you notes go out.
