How a night becomes a record

  1. Chosen, not dumped

    You still get every message digitally. The record is different: it is the edit. We shortlist the messages that made you laugh and the ones that made you sit down, then build the final cut with you, about twenty minutes a side.

  2. Sequenced like a good night

    Side A opens the way your evening did: nerves, laughter, the toast that ran long. Side B is for the late messages, the ones people only say after midnight. Levels matched, silences trimmed, nothing polished into fakeness.

  3. Two copies, standard

    One for your shelf and one for whoever cried the most, usually a parent. The brass center label carries your names and the date. Extra copies are simple to add, and easy to order later when someone hears it and asks.

Record questions, answered

How much does the vinyl cost?

Pressed vinyl is $195 as an add-on to any package, and included in The Full Night. That covers the edit session, mastering, the pressing, and two copies.

How long does pressing take?

Four to six weeks from the day you approve the final cut. It is a physical object made in small batches; the wait is part of why it feels like an heirloom.

Can we order it months after the wedding?

Yes. We archive your recordings for twelve months, so the record can be a first-anniversary gift without any planning ahead.

We used a different audio guestbook. Can you still press our messages?

Usually, yes. Send us what you have and we will quote the edit and pressing individually. We are in the voice-keeping business; we are not precious about whose phone did the keeping.
